Job Description
Bilt is a pioneering company revolutionizing how people interact with their living spaces and everyday spending. The company has developed a unique membership ecosystem that connects members, property managers, and local merchants through an innovative system that spans payments, credit, loyalty, and commerce. Founded with the vision to reward people on one of their largest expenses – their living accommodations – Bilt has evolved into a comprehensive platform that supports travel, dining, fitness, and everyday spending needs of its members. The company operates with a lean and agile mindset, encouraging its employees to take ownership and make meaningful contributions that directly impact the products and services offered. At Bilt, innovation happens fast and focuses on building practical solutions that millions of people use. Employees are expected to thrive in a dynamic environment where clearly defined roles are less common, and adaptability, creativity, and initiative are highly valued. This approach fosters a culture where every team member plays a crucial role in shaping the company’s future.
The Alliance Concierge role at Bilt is a high-impact position designed for professionals passionate about customer success, product implementation, and strategic partnership management. This role serves as the critical liaison between Bilt and its property management partners, helping drive the adoption and rollout of new products from signed contract stage to full activation and ongoing success. The position involves close collaboration with leasing and operations staff of partner organizations, acting as a trusted extension of their teams by deeply understanding their needs and challenges. The Alliance Concierge is responsible for guiding partners through product implementations, managing change effectively, and ensuring seamless product adoption across teams.
This position requires on-the-ground presence, as the role is designed to be heavily embedded within partner operations to build strong relationships and trust. Strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a customer-first mindset are vital to thriving in this role. The Alliance Concierge will also be instrumental in gathering and communicating partner feedback to internal teams, influencing product development, and enhancing customer experience. This job demands comfort with travel, as the successful candidate must be willing and able to travel 100% within the Washington D.C. region to support clients onsite.
Bilt offers a competitive full-time position with a salary range of $70,000 to $100,000, including equity and eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus. The company provides comprehensive health coverage for employees and their families starting from day one, along with other perks such as 401(k) matching, commuter flexible spending accounts, unlimited paid time off, employee-only loyalty rewards through Bilt Points, and regular team events. Candidates can expect a transparent hiring process focusing on alignment of compensation expectations and professional growth opportunities within the company. Bilt is committed to rewarding performance and encourages continuous career advancement. This is an exceptional opportunity for professionals seeking to impact a rapidly growing proptech company by working directly with partners and customers to build innovative solutions that improve the living experience for many.
