Bilt is currently seeking a full-time Alliance Concierge based in Texas, with a particular focus on the Austin, Dallas, and Houston regions. This role is designed for an individual comfortable working both remotely and in office environments, capable of frequent travel to partner locations. The Alliance Concierge position is pivotal in managing strategic partnerships by working closely with property management teams during the rollout of new products, ensuring successful adoption and comprehensive training. It blends elements of customer success, account management, and operational support, positioning the professional as a vital link between Bilt's innovative solutions and its property manager partners.

The successful candidate will embody partnership advocacy and trusted advisement, seamlessly integrating into the partner organizations as an extension of their teams. This entails hands-on involvement with leasing and operations personnel, understanding nuanced product needs, and driving the implementation process from contract signing through to adoption and ongoing success. Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in AI, implementation, customer success, account management, or operations

Job Duties

  • Act as the primary on-the-ground point of contact for partner leasing and operations teams during rollout
  • Guide partners through implementation of new products, working through go-to-market plan, goals, and timeline
  • Support clients through change management, helping teams embrace AI and integrate it into core processes
  • Take ownership over strategic accounts, translating partner product needs, friction points, and feature requests back to Bilt's product and account management teams
  • Troubleshoot issues in real time
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with partner teams - lead data-driven conversations that tie AI performance to KPIs and long-term objectives
  • Travel within your region to be on-site with partners for launches, training, and check-ins
  • Spend time with both corporate and onsite teams, with the ability to work with multiple levels of stakeholders
  • Balance full loyalty to Bilt's mission and standards with genuine responsiveness to each partner's specific needs
