The role of Alliance Concierge at Bilt is a highly strategic and hands-on position that works directly with property management partners. This role acts as the primary on-the-ground liaison, supporting everything from the rollout of new products to driving adoption and providing training tailored specifically to the partner’s teams, such as leasing and operations staff. The Alliance Concierge is expected to build trusted and lasting relationships, effectively becoming an embedded member within partner organizations while maintaining full alignment with Bilt’s mission and standards.

As a key player in Bilt’s growth and strategy team, the Alliance Concierge will be responsible for guiding partners through implementation processes, managing change with a special focus on AI adoption, and troubleshooting issues in real time. The role demands excellent project management, strategic communication, and detailed understanding of partner needs to translate feedback into actionable insights for Bilt’s product and account management teams.

This position is based in Phoenix and requires full-time, in-office commitment with regional travel 100% of the time to support partner launches, training sessions, and routine check-ins. Bilt offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 complemented by equity and performance bonuses. Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in AI, implementation, customer success, account management, or operations

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in AI, implementation, customer success, account management, or operations
  • Willingness to travel regionally, up to every week, for on-site launches and partner support
  • Comfort operating as an embedded partner resource - representing another organization's day-to-day needs while staying fully aligned with your own company's mission
  • Strong training and change-management skills - you can get busy leasing teams to actually adopt something new
  • Excellent relationship-building instincts

  • Experience in multifamily, property management, or proptech
  • Experience with property management software (Yardi, RealPage, MRI, etc.)
  • Background in CX or implementation at a B2B SaaS or proptech company
  • Experience managing partner relationships where you represent one company's product inside another's operations

Job Duties

  • Act as the primary on-the-ground point of contact for partner leasing and operations teams during rollout
  • Guide partners through implementation of new products, working through go-to-market plan, goals, and timeline
  • Support clients through change management, helping teams embrace AI and integrate it into core processes
  • Take ownership over strategic accounts, translating partner product needs, friction points, and feature requests back to Bilt's product and account management teams
  • Troubleshoot issues in real time
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with partner teams - lead data-driven conversations that tie AI performance to KPIs and long-term objectives
  • Travel within your region to be on-site with partners for launches, training, and check-ins
  • Spend time with both corporate and onsite teams, with the ability to work with multiple levels of stakeholders
  • Balance full loyalty to Bilt's mission and standards with genuine responsiveness to each partner's specific needs
