Job Requirements
- Current licensure or certification as one of the following: Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician, Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
- Prior allergy mixing or sterile clinical compounding experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Knowledge of safety, infection control, and documentation standards related to medication or extract preparation
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare and mix allergy immunotherapy vials in accordance with provider orders and established safety protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation and labeling of allergy extracts and patient-specific mixtures
- Ensure compliance with infection control, storage, handling, and quality assurance standards
- Monitor inventory and supplies related to allergy mixing and notify leadership of replenishment needs
- Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to support efficient patient care and clinic operations
- Adhere to all applicable regulatory, safety, and organizational policies and procedures
