The Part-Time Barista role at Alfred’s Palisades Village location is a key position responsible for ensuring guests have an exceptional experience through outstanding hospitality, top-quality product preparation, and smooth café operations. This non-exempt role reports directly to the Café Manager and offers a competitive wage starting at $18.67 per hour plus tips, amounting approximately to $22.50 to $26.50 per hour. As a Barista at Alfred, you will specialize in preparing high-quality coffee, tea, and food following strict company recipes and standards.
