As a Part-Time Barista, one reports directly to the Cafe Manager and is classified under a non-exempt FLSA status, earning $17.87 per hour plus tips — which can amount to approximately $21.28 to $25.28 per hour. Key responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, delivering exceptional customer service, and crafting consistent, high-quality beverages to Alfred's established standards.
