The role of Busser at WarHorse Gaming is a vital part of the organization's hospitality team, responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining areas. This full-time position offers a salary of $16.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package that includes federal employees medical coverage, full insurance coverage offerings, 401K with day 1 vesting and company match, a quarterly incentive program, paid vacation, holiday, and sick days, as well as a discounted meal program. The Busser supports an exceptional dining experience by ensuring that tables are cleared, sanitized, and reset efficiently and according to strict standards. They assist servers by delivering beverages and food items when needed and maintain a well-stocked and orderly service station to facilitate smooth restaurant operations. The Busser also plays a key role in promoting cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including the floors, carpets, service stations, and guest seating areas. Their collaborative effort with hosts and servers helps optimize table availability and contribute to a seamless guest experience. This role requires adaptability within a fast-paced environment, focusing on effective communication, guest service excellence, and team cohesion. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Demonstrated commitment to exceptional guest service and ethical conduct
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Ability to secure and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Demonstrated commitment to exceptional guest service and ethical conduct
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Ability to secure and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License
- Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred
- Food Handler Certification preferred
- ServSafe Certification preferred
- TIPS Alcohol Certification preferred
Job Duties
- Practice, support, and uphold the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming
- Become knowledgeable of restaurant service standards, including table setup, beverage service, and pre-bussing procedures
- Clear, clean, sanitize, and reset dining tables in accordance with established service and sanitation standards
- Stock and replenish service stations with glassware, silverware, dishes, condiments, linens, and other dining supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, including dining areas, floors, carpets, service stations, and guest seating
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of tables, chairs, place settings, and surrounding dining areas
- Assist servers by delivering beverages, food items, and other guest service requests as assigned
