The role of Alcohol Compliance Supervisor at Target Field is a seasonal, vital position responsible for overseeing alcohol service operations in accordance with state, federal, and local laws, as well as company policies and location-specific guidelines. This position ensures a safe, secure, and responsible environment for guests, staff, and company assets, directly impacting the overall event-day experience. The supervisor will monitor alcohol service practices, enforce policies, train staff, and manage incidents related to alcohol during events. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members. The ideal candidate will be at least 21 years old, possess supervisory experience, and be available for shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • availability for day, evening, weekend, holiday, and event shifts
  • ability to stand and walk for entire shift including walking up and downstairs
  • ability to lift as the work duties demand
  • ability to provide feedback and coaching to team members with varied experience levels
  • able to work in variable temperatures including extreme heat and cold
  • previous supervisor experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee team members serving alcohol, ensuring adherence to alcohol service policies and procedures
  • enforce company alcohol service policies, including responsible serving practices, cut-off times, and alcohol cut-off/shut-down procedures
  • monitor and document alcohol-related issues, including proactive observations and potential violations
  • ensure all staff serving alcohol have signed an alcohol policy acknowledgment
  • answer questions and provide recommendations on alcohol service
  • conduct random guest ID checks as directed
  • assist with event-day operations, including audits, reporting, and coordination with management
  • alert management to policy violations and assist in resolving alcohol-related incidents
