Currently, Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a seasonal Alcohol Compliance Supervisor to join its dynamic team at Nu Stadium in Miami, Florida. Nu Stadium is poised to become a premier soccer stadium and entertainment destination, set to open in 2026 as the future home of Inter Miami CF. This state-of-the-art venue will host a variety of world-class events including soccer matches, concerts, and live entertainment throughout the year. Delaware North will be responsible for leading concessions and premium food and beverage services at the stadium, offering innovative culinary options that celebrate Miami's vibrant culture while enhancing classic stadium favorites.

In this role, the supervisor will oversee team members responsible for serving alcohol, ensuring strict adherence to legal and company guidelines. Responsibilities include monitoring alcohol service areas, documenting any incidents or compliance concerns, providing guidance and recommendations regarding alcohol policies, and ensuring that all employees serving alcohol possess valid permits and have acknowledged the alcohol service rules before beginning their shifts. The supervisor will also assist with alcohol cut-off procedures during events, playing a key role in upholding the integrity and safety of the stadium's operations.

Benefits include weekly pay, training and development opportunities, employee discounts, and flexible work schedules. Eligible employees may also access health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plans with company matching, paid vacation and holidays, paid parental leave, employee assistance programs, and tuition or professional certification reimbursements.

Working at Nu Stadium with Delaware North means joining a global legacy grounded in over 100 years of hospitality excellence. The company’s vast operations and diverse venues create unique career pathways for employees interested in various sectors such as restaurants, hotels, sports, gaming, and retail. The role requires excellent communication skills, particularly in providing constructive feedback and coaching to team members with differing levels of experience.
