The Alcohol Compliance Supervisor position is a seasonal role based at Great American Ball Park. This pivotal role ensures full compliance with all state, federal, and local alcohol laws as well as company-specific procedures concerning alcohol service. Reporting as a Compliance Supervisor, you will oversee team members who serve alcohol, ensuring they follow the established policies and legal requirements meticulously. Your responsibilities will include supervising alcohol service, observing and documenting alcohol-related issues, assisting with alcohol cut-off times, and managing situations involving intoxicated guests or the use of fake IDs. This position requires someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, decisive, and comfortable providing coaching and feedback. The role pays between $16.00 and $20.00 per hour, reflecting its crucial nature and the experience expected.
