The role pays between $16.00 and $20.00 per hour, reflecting its crucial nature and the experience expected. Beyond the competitive hourly wage, employees benefit from a comprehensive benefits package that emphasizes personal and professional well-being, including weekly pay, training, employee discounts, and flexible work schedules. Eligible team members may also access health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid vacation and holidays, parental bonding leave, and tuition reimbursement.
