The Alcohol Compliance Supervisor plays a critical role within Aramark's operations, overseeing alcohol service across various venues to ensure full compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in alcohol compliance, concessions, hospitality, food and beverage, event operations, or security required
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and handle sensitive situations professionally
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and documentation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and reporting systems
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous law enforcement or military experience preferred
  • Previous experience in alcohol compliance, concessions, hospitality, food and beverage, event operations, or security required
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of alcohol laws, regulations, and responsible beverage service practices
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and handle sensitive situations professionally
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and documentation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Supervise alcohol service operations to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Monitor concessions, bars, restaurants, suites, and event locations to ensure responsible alcohol service practices
  • Verify that team members are properly checking identification and adhering to age verification procedures
  • Respond to incidents involving intoxicated guests, refused sales, or compliance concerns
  • Conduct routine audits and compliance inspections of alcohol service areas
  • Train and coach team members on responsible beverage service, alcohol awareness, and company policies
  • Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, incidents, and corrective actions
  • Partner with management, security, and event operations teams to promote a safe environment for guests and employees
  • Investigate and document alcohol-related incidents and policy violations
  • Assist with scheduling and supervising alcohol compliance staff during events and daily operations
  • Support implementation of alcohol risk management programs and best practices
  • Communicate compliance updates and regulatory changes to management and staff
  • Ensure proper placement and maintenance of alcohol-related signage and compliance materials
  • Protect company assets and support a culture of safety and accountability
