Rooted in a strong commitment to service and united by a shared purpose, Aramark strives to make a positive impact not only for its customers and partners but also for communities and the planet. The company values equal employment opportunity and diversity, ensuring that all employees can participate fully in all aspects of the organization without discrimination based on any legally protected characteristics. Aramark fosters an environment where employees can develop their talents, fuel their passions, and grow professionally in a supportive and dynamic workplace. With a focus on empowerment and inclusiveness, Aramark offers a rewarding career path no matter the challenge, providing a sense of belonging and opportunities to reach one's full potential.

The Alcohol Compliance Supervisor plays a critical role within Aramark's venue operations by ensuring the safe, legal, and responsible service of alcohol in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The position requires vigilant monitoring of patrons and staff to prevent over-service, verify identification, and handle policy violations in a professional, timely manner. This role is essential in mitigating the risks associated with alcohol consumption, promoting safety, and upholding the venue's commitment to responsible alcohol service.

As the Compliance Supervisor, you will regularly observe and document any alcohol-related issues, manage compliance enforcement, and serve as a key resource for staff questions and training about alcohol policies. You will maintain detailed records of incidents, conduct compliance checks, and collaborate with law enforcement or regulatory agencies as needed during audits or investigations. By proactively identifying risks and enforcing company and legal guidelines, you contribute significantly to reducing legal liabilities and enhancing public safety within the venue.

The role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills, the ability to make sound decisions under pressure, and maintain professionalism in all situations. Physical stamina is necessary since the supervisor will be on their feet for extended periods, and flexibility in working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected. Employment is contingent upon successful background screening, and having prior experience in compliance, security, or hospitality is preferred.

Aramark offers this position a competitive hourly wage of $21.00, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, retirement plans like 401(k), paid time off, parental leave, and disability coverage, among others. Benefits may vary by location and employee eligibility. This opportunity also offers great career development potential and the chance to be part of a company dedicated to ethical practices and community impact. Join Aramark and contribute to a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment where every guest and staff member can thrive.
