The role at Legends Global focuses on ensuring responsible alcohol service throughout the entire venue in accordance with strict state and company policies. Reporting directly to management, the Alcohol Service Monitor plays a vital role in maintaining compliance with Legends' Alcohol Policy by overseeing the responsible serving of alcoholic beverages, assisting staff with alcohol-related concerns, and documenting any incidents or violations. This position requires vigilance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.

Key responsibilities include supervising game day staff in alcohol service, ensuring adherence to all relevant policies, assisting with alcohol cut-off procedures, and performing inventories at assigned locations. The role demands a friendly, professional demeanor at all times and a thorough knowledge of the venue layout and services provided. The Alcohol Service Monitor also ensures that all employees comply with food handling and alcohol service regulations, contributing to a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.

This full-time position pays an hourly rate of $22.50 and requires the employee to work flexible schedules, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet service demands. Candidates must also commit to maintaining a clean, safe work area and practice safe work habits at all times. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services
  • Legal age to serve alcohol as per state law
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must practice safe work habits and complete all required safety training
  • Must be able to maintain professional appearance and demeanor
  • Physical ability to perform job duties such as lifting and standing for long periods

Job Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Some alcohol compliance experience preferred
  • Proactive, self-motivated, organized and able to prioritize as needed
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change quickly
  • Punctual and dependable
  • Ability to move quickly and act on assigned duties within production and service time frames
  • Maintains personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance standards
  • Ability to walk long distances and stand for extended periods
  • Ability to stand, kneel, lift up to 30 pounds, carry items, push carts, walk at a fast pace, and bend down
  • Operates efficiently in a fast paced, challenging, and diverse environment

Job Duties

  • Supervises the serving of alcohol by game day staff
  • Ensures staff is adhering to Legends' alcohol service policy
  • Observes and documents all alcohol related issues or violations
  • Assists with alcohol cut-off and performs other duties as assigned by management
  • Completes inventory at assigned locations
  • Maintains a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor always
  • Interacts with guests and staff to ensure guest satisfaction
