The role we are seeking to fill is that of an Alcohol Compliance Supervisor, a pivotal position responsible for ensuring responsible service of alcohol throughout our venues in strict accordance with state regulations and company policies. This role is central to maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests and staff alike. Reporting directly to management, the Alcohol Compliance Supervisor will oversee all alcohol-related activities within the building, offering guidance and support to game day staff, monitoring compliance, documenting any alcohol-related incidents, and assisting with alcohol cut-offs as necessary.

Ideal candidates will have experience working in fast-paced environments and possess a deep understanding of alcohol compliance regulations. The role also requires a proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individual who demonstrates exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively under pressure. The supervisor must maintain a professional demeanor at all times, interact positively with staff and guests, and uphold the Legends Alcohol Policy across all teams.

This is a dynamic role demanding flexibility, as the supervisor must be available to work varying shifts that include days, nights, weekends, and holidays to align with service demand levels. Physical stamina is essential, as the position involves standing for extended periods, walking long distances, and occasionally lifting up to 30 pounds. The supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly work environment, collaborating with fellow associates and other departments within the venue to promote seamless service operations.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Ability to follow safety policies and procedures
  • Must be physically capable of performing job duties including standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 pounds
  • Must maintain professional appearance and hygiene
  • Must be punctual and dependable

Job Qualifications

  • Must have experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Some alcohol compliance experience preferred
  • Must be proactive, self-motivated, organized and the ability to prioritize as needed
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change quickly

  • Ability to move quickly and act on assigned duties within production and service time frames established
  • Must maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance standards
  • Ability to walk long distances and stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to stand, kneel, lift (up to 30 pounds), carry items, push carts, walk at a fast pace, and bend down
  • Must be able to operate in a fast paced, challenging, and diverse environment efficiently

Job Duties

  • Supervises the serving of alcohol by game day staff
  • Ensures staff is adhering to Legends’ alcohol service policy
  • Observes and documents all alcohol related issues or violations
  • Assists with alcohol cut-off and performs other duties as assigned by management
  • Completes inventory at assigned locations
  • Maintains a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor always
  • Interacts with guests and staff to ensure guest satisfaction
