The role under consideration is a vital position responsible for ensuring the responsible service of alcohol throughout the entire building in compliance with all state and company policies. Reporting to management, the alcohol service supervisor will monitor and enforce adherence to Legends Global’s Alcohol Policy among staff during events. This role requires observing alcohol-related behaviors, documenting any issues or violations, assisting with alcohol cut-offs, and performing other management-assigned duties to maintain a safe and compliant environment. The ideal candidate will supervise game day staff’s alcohol serving practices, help in inventory management at assigned locations, and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor to provide exceptional guest service. This position demands in-depth knowledge of food and beverage menus, keen attention to detail, the ability to interact proactively with guests and colleagues, and the flexibility to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must also demonstrate a strong commitment to team collaboration, work safety standards, and maintaining a clean, neat, and secure workspace. Given the fast-paced and highly dynamic nature of the environment, adaptability, self-motivation, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role. Prior experience in alcohol compliance and related responsibilities in high-capacity venues will be advantageous. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- must meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services
- ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to follow safety policies and procedures
- physical ability to perform duties including standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 pounds
- reliability and punctuality
- willingness to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Must have experience working in a fast paced environment
- some alcohol compliance experience preferred
- proactive, self-motivated, organized and ability to prioritize as needed

- must maintain personal hygiene and well-groomed appearance standards

Job Duties
- Supervises the serving of alcohol by game day staff
- ensures staff is adhering to Legends' alcohol service policy
- observes and documents all alcohol related issues or violations
- assists with alcohol cut-off and performs other duties as assigned by management
- completes inventory at assigned locations
- maintains a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor always
- interacts with guests and staff to ensure guest satisfaction
