The role being offered is pivotal in maintaining compliance with alcohol service policies across Legends Global's venues. As an Alcohol Compliance Supervisor, you will work under the direction of management to ensure responsible service of alcohol throughout the entire facility in strict accordance with state regulations and company policies. Your primary functions will include monitoring and assisting staff concerning alcohol-related issues, documenting any incidents, and enforcing the Legends Alcohol Policy among all employees. This role demands vigilance, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing alcohol service to ensure the safety and satisfaction of guests as well as the integrity of the company’s operations.

Additionally, you will be responsible for supervising the serving of alcohol by game day staff, ensuring adherence to alcohol service policies, and completing inventory tasks in assigned locations. This supervisor role requires maintaining a friendly yet professional demeanor, interacting positively with guests and staff to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment. Knowledge of the venue layout and familiarity with the food and beverage offerings are also essential to provide attentive and personalized service. The position requires flexibility to work varied schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays to meet service demand levels. Compliance with all state and local health regulations related to food handling and alcohol service is mandatory. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must comply with state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must maintain a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to document and observe alcohol related issues accurately
  • Physical ability to stand, kneel, lift up to 30 pounds, carry items, push carts, walk fast and bend down
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be organized, proactive, punctual and detail oriented

Job Qualifications

  • Must have experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Some alcohol compliance experience preferred
  • Must be proactive, self-motivated, organized and able to prioritize as needed
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change quickly
  • Must be punctual and dependable
  • Ability to move quickly and act on assigned duties within production and service time frames established
  • Must maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance
  • Ability to walk long distances and stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to stand, kneel, lift up to 30 pounds, carry items, push carts, walk at a fast pace, and bend down
  • Must be able to operate efficiently in a fast paced, challenging, and diverse environment

Job Duties

  • Supervises the serving of alcohol by game day staff
  • Ensures staff is adhering to Legends’ alcohol service policy
  • Observes and documents all alcohol related issues or violations
  • Assists with alcohol cut-off and performs other duties as assigned by management
  • Completes inventory at assigned locations
  • Maintains a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor always
  • Interacts with guests and staff to insure guest satisfaction
  • Maintains a clean, neat and safe work area
  • Assures compliance with all company service standards
  • Works as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within venue
  • Works a flexible schedule to meet service demand levels, including days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Meets state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services
