We are currently seeking part-time Alcohol Compliance Supervisors to join our team at Climate Pledge Arena. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that all aspects of alcohol service comply with state, federal, and local laws as well as company policies and location-specific procedures. As an Alcohol Compliance Supervisor, you will oversee team members serving alcohol, ensuring adherence to alcohol service policies to maintain a safe and legal environment. The supervisory responsibilities include observing and documenting alcohol-related issues, assisting with alcohol cut-offs, and providing guidance to team members. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings, possess strong attention to detail, and have a commitment to upholding compliance standards. The position offers an hourly pay range of $22.00 to $24.00, reflecting the important responsibilities managed by the supervisor.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- valid, unexpired alcohol pourer's permit required prior to being hired
- able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to stand and walk for the entire length of shift including walking up and downstairs and lifting as the work duties demand
- may be exposed to variable temperatures including extreme heat and cold depending on the season
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- prior security or law enforcement experience preferred
- valid, unexpired alcohol pourer's permit required prior to being hired
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to provide feedback and coaching to team members with varied experience levels
Job Duties
- Supervise team members serving alcohol and ensure compliance with the alcohol service policy
- observe and document any alcohol-related issues
- answer questions and make recommendations regarding alcohol service
- ensure all team members serving alcohol have signed an acknowledgment of the alcohol policy and have a valid serving permit prior to the beginning of work
- assist with alcohol cut-off
