Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a coffee shop or food service environment
- Passion for coffee and a strong interest in learning about different brewing techniques and beverage styles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds

Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service, ensuring a positive and personalized experience
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to our recipes and standards
- Operate coffee machines and equipment efficiently, maintaining quality and consistency in every drink
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, providing correct change and processing payments promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, and seating areas
- Replenish inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies as needed
- Assist with baking and food preparation, including pastries and light snacks, as required
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures (Oregon Food Handlers Card required for this role)
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations and a friendly, cooperative work environment
