Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Previous experience in a full-service restaurant preferred
- Must have proven customer service skills
- Ability to work in an upscale, fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well in a team atmosphere under pressure
- Knowledge of appropriate table settings and flat ware
- Ability to know all menu items and ingredients
- Understanding of health and safety rules in a restaurant
- Knowledge about plating and presentation
- Strong organization, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to stand and walk for an eight-hour shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push a cart up to 150 lbs
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and varied hours
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assisting servers and delivering food in assigned section
- Maintaining a clean work station and dining area
- Clearing dining tables and ensuring dishes are taken to dish washing area of the kitchen
- Ensuring quality with proper presentation and accuracy of food orders
- Table maintenance to include water refills, removal and replacement of plate ware, silverware and glassware as guest completes each dish
