As a Skilled Knife team member at Smithfield Foods, you will be an essential part of the food production process, helping ensure that safe, quality food products reach families across America. Safety is paramount, and the role requires strict adherence to safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment such as hard hats, steel-toed safety shoes, hearing and eye protection.

This position offers an hourly starting pay of $20.30 with an additional $0.25 per hour shift differential for second-shift work. Smithfield also provides a robust benefits package including comprehensive health insurance, retirement benefits, education benefits for eligible full and part-time employees, and opportunities for career advancement and professional development. Working in this role at Smithfield means becoming part of a team committed to excellence, safety, and the ethical production of food.
