Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Ability to pass company background checks including criminal and motor vehicle, drug tests, and airport security badge requirements
  • Legally authorized to work in the jurisdiction of employment
  • Ability to pass color vision test for aviation fuel inspection
  • Valid state driver’s license, commercial driver’s license may be required depending on location
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and follow supervisor directives

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Ability to pass company background checks including criminal and motor vehicle, drug tests, and airport security badge requirements
  • Legally authorized to work in the jurisdiction of employment
  • Excellent vision and coordination including ability to pass a color vision test for aviation fuel inspection
  • Valid state driver’s license, commercial driver’s license (CDL) may be required based on location
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and follow instructions from supervisors and management
  • Preferred three to six months experience or training in aviation, customer service or related field

Job Duties

  • Work as part of a team to conduct airside operations safely and efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members, guests, clients, vendors, and aircraft crewmembers to meet service needs
  • Operate and drive ground service equipment such as fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, ground power units, tugs, and stair trucks
  • Load and unload luggage and cargo
  • Provide professional and friendly guest service
  • Offer safe and courteous shuttle transportation for guests, luggage, and cargo
  • Maintain safe, clean, and secure ramps and operations
