Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Ability to pass company background checks including criminal and motor vehicle, drug tests, and airport security badge requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the jurisdiction of employment
- Ability to pass color vision test for aviation fuel inspection
- Valid state driver’s license, commercial driver’s license may be required depending on location
- Ability to exercise good judgment and follow supervisor directives
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Ability to pass company background checks including criminal and motor vehicle, drug tests, and airport security badge requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the jurisdiction of employment
- Excellent vision and coordination including ability to pass a color vision test for aviation fuel inspection
- Valid state driver’s license, commercial driver’s license (CDL) may be required based on location
- Ability to exercise good judgment and follow instructions from supervisors and management
- Preferred three to six months experience or training in aviation, customer service or related field
Job Duties
- Work as part of a team to conduct airside operations safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members, guests, clients, vendors, and aircraft crewmembers to meet service needs
- Operate and drive ground service equipment such as fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, ground power units, tugs, and stair trucks
- Load and unload luggage and cargo
- Provide professional and friendly guest service
- Offer safe and courteous shuttle transportation for guests, luggage, and cargo
- Maintain safe, clean, and secure ramps and operations
