The Airside Experience Associate role plays a key part in maintaining smooth, safe, and guest-centric operations within Signature Aviation’s private aviation environment. This hands-on position requires vigilance and dedication to service, precision, and safety as the associate is responsible for the handling of baggage, cargo, and freight. The associate also plays a significant role in monitoring secure airport access points, assisting flight crews and guests, and ensuring daily operations run without disruptions. The position demands flexibility, as associates must be able to work various shifts including nights, holidays, and weekends, adapting to both indoor and outdoor environments with exposure to varying weather conditions and active aircraft movement.

In this role, the Airside Experience Associate acts as a vital link between ground operations and the flight experience, contributing directly to a seamless and exceptional journey for guests and crews. Responsibilities range from loading and unloading baggage and cargo to operating ground service equipment such as tugs and conveyors. Additionally, the associate conducts identification checks to maintain security integrity and assists with aircraft support services such as connecting power units, wing walking, and positioning stairs or jetways. The role also requires strict adherence to safety protocols including stopping work when unsafe conditions arise and reporting concerns to management. Meticulous record-keeping of time and activities performed is another essential aspect.
