Job Requirements
- Minimum one year of related experience
- Previous sales or customer service experience a plus
- Able to work in a cell phone-free environment
- Customer service minded with effective communication skills both face-to-face and via two-way radio
- Able to lift 50 pounds to waist height
- Able to work flexible schedule including weekends especially Sundays
- Valid driver's license with three or fewer moving traffic violations in last three years
- Acceptable background check with no felonies or relevant misdemeanors
- Pass drug test prior to hire and random thereafter
- Ideally able to pass a standard transmission driving test
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No visible tattoos or excessive piercings allowed
Job Qualifications
- Driver's license
- US work authorization
- Customer service experience of at least one year preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
- Ability to pass required background check and drug test
Job Duties
- Safely and efficiently move guests' vehicles between terminal and secured on-site parking
- Assist guests with their luggage
- Provide general information and great customer service
- Perform all other duties as needed
- Communicate effectively using a two-way radio system
- Maintain a cell phone-free work environment
- Adhere to safety and company protocols
