Job Requirements
- Valid state commercial driver’s license (CDL as required by operation)
- Must be 21 years old
- Clean driving record with zero points
- Minimum of 2-3 years of shuttle, bus, or commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and airport badging requirements
- Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with basic computer systems for documentation and reporting
Job Qualifications
- Prior training, coaching, or lead experience strongly preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of shuttle, bus, or commercial driving experience (airport experience preferred)

- Ability to work flexible shifts including graveyard hours
- Military or veteran experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Train new and existing shuttle drivers on safe driving practices, defensive driving, and airport operating procedures
- Conduct behind-the-wheel training, ride-along evaluations, and route familiarization
- Ensure compliance with airport regulations, TSA requirements, DOT standards (if applicable), and company policies
- Provide instruction on customer service standards, passenger safety, and professional conduct
- Perform driver performance assessments and document training results
- Identify training gaps and recommend corrective actions or refresher training
- Maintain accurate training records and certification documentation
- Support accident investigations by conducting retraining as needed
- Collaborate with operations and safety teams to reinforce safety initiatives
- Stay current on airport rules, shuttle routes, and operational changes
