- valid, unexpired CDL Class B or A License with Passenger Endorsement

- customer service experience preferred
- 1 year of similar work experience preferred
Job Duties
- Communicate professionally at all times with guests, client, and teammates
- operate assigned shuttle bus on designated transportation route
- ensure the safe transportation, loading, and unloading of passengers
- establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with passengers, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, and managers
- comply with all safety, security, compliance and safety standards and procedures established by the company, clients, and regulatory authorities
- transport, load and unload passengers at designated pick-up and drop-off locations
- ensure the safe operation and handling of specialized equipment for unloading passengers with special needs
- help passengers to load and unload luggage as needed
- inspect vehicles regularly to identify unsafe conditions or maintenance issues
- perform routine cleaning and bus maintenance
- assist patrons needing help at various airport locations and lots
- inspect shuttle for preexisting damage and record information
- provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries courteously
- direct traffic, position barricades, and arrange towing service when necessary
- maintain and enforce evacuation plans and coordinate bus evacuation activities
- report incidents or claims promptly to management
- refuel and maintain shuttle equipment and keep fuel logs
- disinfect shuttle after each use
- maintain safe driver designation and adhere to physical and dexterity standards
- perform pre-inspection and post-inspection activities to ensure operating conditions and safety compliance
- perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
