Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- possess a valid Medical Card with an expiration date no sooner than 90 days from the date of application
- hold a valid CDL Class B with Air Brakes Certification and Passenger Endorsement
- ensure the CDL has an expiration date no sooner than six months from the date of application
- demonstrate a minimum of one year of driving experience

- ability to operate specialized equipment for passengers with special needs
Job Duties
- Transport, load and unload passengers, providing daily transportation services at designated pick-up and drop-off locations
- ensure safe loading and unloading of passengers including those with special needs using specialized equipment
- assist passengers with luggage as needed
- inspect vehicles regularly for unsafe conditions or maintenance issues and perform routine cleaning and maintenance
- meet patrons requiring assistance to and from various airport locations and lots
- inspect shuttles for damage and record information using electronic devices or manual tickets
- provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries courteously and giving directions
- maintain and enforce bus evacuation plans and coordinate evacuation activities
- immediately report any incidents or claims to operations manager or shift lead
- refuel and maintain shuttle equipment and fuel use logs
- maintain a clean work environment by disinfecting shuttle after each use
- perform pre-inspection and post-inspection activities to ensure proper operation, adherence to Department of Transportation standards, and safety compliance
