The Airport Service Concierge plays a crucial role within JSX’s operational framework by being the first welcoming face to customers at the airport. This customer-facing position involves multiple dynamic responsibilities designed to ensure a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable travel experience for passengers. Those in the role will rotate among key operational duties including check-in, boarding, security screening support, and ground security coordination. The concierge assists with check-in processes, verifies IDs, processes boarding passes, and ensures luggage compliance with safety regulations. When functioning as a boarding agent, this individual manages the boarding process and communicates flight updates clearly and professionally. They may also operate security technology to support passenger and baggage screening, work as the communication hub during flights, and maintain the guest lounge’s cleanliness and readiness. Depending on the schedule, valet duties are also part of their responsibilities, providing courteous vehicle parking and retrieval services. Success in this role requires punctuality, professionalism, and a genuine passion for outstanding customer service. The airport service concierge must be approachable, customer-focused, collaborative, organized, proactive, and entrepreneurial, always looking for ways to enhance the traveler's experience. This position also involves critical safety and security responsibilities, including monitoring for risks, compliance adherence, and maintaining certification as a Ground Security Coordinator. The Concierge is a vital link in JSX's chain of service, contributing significantly not just to customer satisfaction but also to the overall safety and efficiency of airport operations. Job Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and successful completion of federal background checks
- high school diploma or GED
- ability to occasionally lift 75 pounds
- ability to perform intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching, and prolonged standing
- availability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, late nights, holidays, and weekends
- ability to maintain safety-sensitive duties readiness
- participation in drug and alcohol screenings according to DOT and FAA guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- current and valid driver’s license
- customer service experience preferred
- aviation experience preferred

Job Duties
- Greet customers and assist with check-in
- verify identification and print boarding passes
- lead the boarding process and communicate flight updates
