Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to occasionally lift 75+ pounds
  • Capability to perform intermittent physical activities such as bending, reaching, and prolonged standing
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, late nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Current and valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to undergo initial and random drug and alcohol screenings as per DOT and FAA guidelines
  • Certification as Ground Security Coordinator (GSC) with training for customer and baggage security screening

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Aviation experience is a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Demonstrated organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Greet customers and assist with check-in, verify IDs, print boarding passes, screen luggage for hazardous materials
  • Lead the boarding process, make announcements, verify identification, inform customers about flight updates and delays
  • Operate security screening equipment and conduct baggage inspections for safety compliance
  • Coordinate communication between ground team and flight crew, assist with aircraft arrivals and deplaning, restock onboard amenities
  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked lounge environment
  • Handle valet parking responsibilities, park and retrieve customer vehicles, assist with arrivals and departures
  • Monitor operational environment and report safety risks, ensure compliance with policies and regulatory guidance
