Job Requirements
- U.S. citizenship
- Successful completion of federal background checks and eligibility screenings
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to occasionally lift 75 plus pounds
- Ability to perform intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching, and prolonged standing
- Availability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, late nights, holidays, and weekends
- Current and valid driver's license
- Willingness to undergo initial and random drug and alcohol screenings as per DOT and FAA regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 plus years of customer service experience preferred
- Aviation experience preferred
- Current and valid driver's license required
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Greet customers and assist with check-in including verifying IDs and printing boarding passes
- Lead boarding process making announcements and verifying identification
- Operate security screening equipment and inspect flagged baggage for compliance
- Serve as communication link between ground team and flight crew, assist with deplaning announcements and restock onboard amenities
- Maintain lounge cleanliness and stock between flights
- Handle valet duties including parking and retrieving customer vehicles when scheduled
- Manage flexible shift responsibilities with professionalism and punctuality
