The Airport Service Concierge role at JSX embodies the company's customer-centric philosophy. Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Ability to occasionally lift 75+ pounds
Ability to perform intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching, and prolonged periods of standing
Available to work flexible shifts including early mornings, late nights, holidays, and weekends
Participation in initial and random drug and alcohol screenings in accordance with DOT and FAA guidelines
Current and valid driver’s license

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
2+ years of customer service experience
Aviation experience preferred
Current and valid driver’s license
Strong communication skills
Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Duties

Greet customers and assist with check-in including verifying IDs and printing boarding passes
Lead the boarding process with clear announcements and flight updates
Operate Evolv Weapons Detection System and inspect flagged baggage
Serve as communication hub between ground team and flight crew assisting with aircraft arrivals and deplaning
Maintain a clean, well-stocked lounge readiness between flights
Handle valet services by parking and retrieving customer vehicles as scheduled
Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless customer experience
