The role of Airport Service Concierge at JSX is pivotal in delivering the company's promise of a seamless and stress-free travel experience. As an Airport Service Concierge, you will be the welcoming and friendly face for customers from the moment they arrive at the airport. This includes guiding them through critical touchpoints such as check-in, security screening, and boarding, ensuring every step is smooth and hassle-free. Your duties will rotate daily to include roles such as Check-in Agent, Boarding Agent, Security Screening Support, and Ground Security Coordinator, which keeps the work engaging and dynamic.

Beyond direct customer service, the Airport Service Concierge also plays an important behind-the-scenes role by maintaining a clean and well-stocked lounge area, managing safety compliance in baggage screening, and coordinating ground team communications.
