The Airport Services Concierge at JSX is a dynamic and crucial role that ensures customers receive a warm and professional welcome from the moment they arrive. This position requires versatility and adaptability, as the concierge rotates through several key duties throughout their shifts, including check-in, boarding, security screening support, and ground security coordination. The Airport Services Concierge serves as the first point of contact for customers, setting the tone for their travel experience through excellent customer service and efficient handling of check-in procedures. The concierge is responsible for greeting customers, processing check-ins, verifying identification, printing boarding passes, and screening luggage to ensure safety regulations are met. Job Requirements
- U.S. citizenship
- successful completion of federal background checks and eligibility screenings
- ability to occasionally lift 75+ pounds
- ability to perform intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching, and prolonged standing
- availability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, late nights, holidays, and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
- aviation experience preferred
- current and valid driver’s license required
