As Airport Lounge Wait Staff, employees will be responsible for presenting menus, introducing specials, and making knowledgeable recommendations about the menu, which includes a range of freshly prepared entrees, appetizers, desserts, and beverage items. The position demands strong interpersonal skills, as staff will answer questions about menu items including allergens and preparation methods, relay orders accurately to the kitchen, and verify the correctness of each order with guests. Attention to detail is paramount, as staff must also ensure all food and beverages are served with high-quality presentation and consistency.

Physical stamina is necessary for this role as it involves significant walking and standing for shifts that may exceed eight hours. Additionally, candidates must be able to lift and move weights occasionally up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive motions, reaching and bending throughout their shift. Training in alcohol service management, such as TIPS or TEAM certification, is required if the role includes serving alcohol, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
