Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- 0 to 1 year related experience
- minimum legal age to serve alcohol if applicable per local laws
- valid TIPS or TEAM certification or equivalent if required
- ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods
- ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally
- physical ability to perform repetitive motions
- reliable attendance and punctuality
- ability to respond to guest needs and resolve complaints professionally
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of alcohol service regulations if applicable

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests
- present menus
- introduce specials or menu changes
- provide knowledgeable meal and beverage recommendations
- answer questions about menu items, allergens, and preparation
- accurately take and relay orders to the kitchen
- confirm orders with guests
- check all items for quality and completeness
- monitor guest needs and respond promptly
- address concerns or complaints professionally
- perform significant walking and mobility tasks
- stand or walk for extended periods throughout a shift
- reach, bend, stoop, push, pull, and lift up to 35 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- use hands and arms for various tasks
- taste and smell as needed
- perform repetitive motions
- attend scheduled shifts punctually with reliability
- perform other duties as assigned based on client requirements
