A comprehensive benefits package supports the well-being of staff and their families, including paid time off, holiday pay, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) plans, and employee discount programs. Additional site-specific benefits may include free meals during shifts, uniform provision, safety shoes, and support for public transportation or parking.

Working at Sodexo means joining a company recognized for its dedication to diversity, inclusion, and equal employment opportunities across a broad spectrum of backgrounds and experiences. The culture at Sodexo encourages individuality, open communication, and mutual respect, fostering a strong sense of belonging. Employees at the United Club can expect a dynamic and enriching work environment where their contributions are valued and their professional growth is supported. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, enjoy working in fast-paced environments, and are committed to delivering exceptional service to enhance guests’ airport lounge experience.
