The company’s core philosophy revolves around creating a better everyday experience for employees, clients, and customers alike. At the heart of Sodexo’s mission is the dedication to social, economic, and environmental progress, demonstrating corporate responsibility in every community it touches. Their broad portfolio ranges from catering and food services to facility management solutions, making them a versatile and distinguished provider worldwide.

The Airport Dimensions-Sapphire Lounge by The Club, operated by Sodexo, is located in a prominent airport setting, dedicated to delivering exceptional service quality to travelers seeking comfort, luxury, and fine dining while awaiting their flights. The lounge provides an exclusive environment where guests can relax, socialize, and enjoy a bespoke menu crafted by culinary experts. This esteemed setting offers a polished, professional ambiance where prompt and attentive customer service is fundamental.

We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic full-time Airport Lounge Wait Staff to join our team at the Sapphire Lounge. This role involves engaging directly with guests to provide an exceptional dining experience through efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable service. The position requires working any shift with open availability, ensuring that all customers receive attentive and high-quality service no matter the time of day. Wait Staff will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, presenting menus, and introducing daily specials or changes. You will have the opportunity to offer expert recommendations on meals, beverages, and wines, addressing any questions guests may have about the menu, including allergens and food preparation.

The role involves accurately taking and relaying orders to the kitchen, confirming details with guests, and managing the order process meticulously to maintain timely service. Ensuring the quality and presentation of all food and beverages served is paramount to elevating the overall guest experience. Furthermore, the position demands responsiveness to guest needs and concerns, handling any complaints with professionalism and composure.

Physically, the job requires significant walking and standing during shifts that can last over 8 hours, along with duties that involve lifting and moving moderate weights, bending, stooping, and handling repetitive motions with the hands and arms. The ability to taste and smell is also essential to the role, as this contributes to maintaining high standards of food and beverage service.

This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $20, reflecting the importance of excellent customer service and a commitment to quality. As part of the Sodexo team, employees benefit from a supportive and flexible work environment that values work-life balance. This opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality and eager to make a positive impact through their daily actions in an airport lounge setting.
