You will greet and seat guests, present menus, introduce specials or new items, and provide knowledgeable recommendations regarding meals, beverages, and wine while answering questions about ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods.

The role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to confirm and accurately relay orders to the kitchen, ensuring timely and quality delivery of menu items. Maintaining the quality and presentation of the food and beverages served is essential, as is monitoring guest needs, promptly responding to requests, and professionally addressing any concerns or complaints. This position involves significant walking and standing for extended periods, occasionally lifting or moving up to 50 pounds, which requires a physically fit and energetic individual.

Sodexo supports its employees with comprehensive benefits including paid time off, holidays, medical, dental, and vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, and 401k options among others. The company fosters a flexible and supportive work environment that allows employees to balance their professional and personal lives effectively. Furthermore, ongoing training and development opportunities are provided to encourage career growth, making this role an excellent entry point into the hospitality and food service industry with the potential for advancement.
