Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-4 years of related kitchen experience preferred
  • Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends
  • Must be reliable and punctual
  • Ability to follow food safety standards
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bilingual Korean/English is preferred but not required

  • 3-4 years of related work experience preferred
  • Ability to follow recipes and food preparation instructions accurately
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work varying shifts including weekends
  • Bilingual Korean/English is a plus

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods
  • Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
  • Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
  • Support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during normal business
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Reduce food waste and uphold food safety and hygiene standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
