Hartsfield Jackson Airport (ATL) is home to one of SodexoMagic’s prestigious private airport lounges, where comfort, premium service, and exquisite culinary experiences converge to create an oasis for travelers awaiting their next flight. The General Manager position for this Delta ATL lounge portfolio is a critical leadership role geared towards managing all operational aspects of the lounge’s food and beverage services. This role not only involves hands-on management but also strategic oversight to meet and exceed company and client financial goals, while ensuring an impeccable customer experience.
The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing a high-volume, luxury food and beverage operation that demands exceptional standards of quality and service. This position requires proven leadership and mentoring abilities to guide, motivate, and develop a team of frontline hourly staff, ensuring they perform at their best. - minimum education requirement - bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum management experience - 5 years

Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- proven food and beverage management experience within high-volume, luxury branded hotels or other upscale dining venue
- strong leadership skills with ability to work collaboratively
- ability to direct and lead large teams
- professional communication skills
- passion for high-level customer service
- knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
- experience in financial preparation and oversight
Job Duties
- have oversight of daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product
