Located at the DELTA SKY CLUB at PBI airport, the Airport Lounge F&B Supervisor role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a leading service provider in the aviation lounge sector. This full-time position offers an hourly pay rate between $21 and $23. As an Airport Lounge F&B Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily food and beverage operations within the lounge, ensuring exceptional service quality and customer satisfaction during morning, afternoon, and evening shifts on varying days.

This supervisory position demands a master multitasker capable of managing various service formats such as fast casual, coffee and counter services, cafeterias, events, banquets, casual dining, and cafes within the airport lounge environment. You will provide direct oversight to service employees, coordinate routine work activities, and support management in delivering seamless food operations.

Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring a safe and healthy working environment, facilitating employee orientation and training, and actively engaging with customers to resolve any issues related to quality and service. Punctuality and reliability are vital as the role requires consistent attendance for scheduled shifts.
