The Airport Lounge Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor position at SodexoMagic is a key leadership role within the American Airlines Flagship Lounge at Miami International Airport (MIA). This full-time role offers a competitive pay rate of $25 per hour and requires flexible availability across any shift. The role is essential for ensuring the efficiency and excellence of food service operations, providing a high-quality experience to airline customers and guests. The supervisor will oversee routine service employee activities and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced airport lounge setting.

As an F&B Supervisor, you will act as a bridge between management and front-line employees. Your responsibility will include supporting management in everyday operational functions, maintaining safety standards, coordinating training and orientation for new staff, and addressing customer service matters promptly and effectively. The position demands strong leadership skills paired with the ability to multitask in various food service environments like fast casual dining, coffee and counter service, cafeterias, events, banquets, casual dining, and cafes.
