The role of Airport Lounge Food and Beverage (F&B) Supervisor at Sodexo offers an exciting opportunity to be part of this dynamic organization, specifically within its United Club lounge at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). This full-time position involves overseeing food and beverage service operations in a fast-paced airport lounge environment, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. The role requires a professional who can multitask effectively and support management in daily operational oversight, employee supervision, training, and upholding safety standards.

As an F&B Supervisor, you will play a key role in coordinating the activities of service employees engaged in various food operations including fast casual dining, coffee and counter service, cafeterias, events, banquets, casual dining, and cafes. You will support management by providing day-to-day supervision to ensure smooth operations and an outstanding guest experience within the lounge. This entails facilitating employee orientations and trainings, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and addressing any customer concerns promptly and effectively.

The position requires adaptability and the ability to foster a positive, safe working environment, nurturing teamwork and collaboration among team members. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of related work experience, preferably with some supervisory experience, demonstrating their ability to manage and motivate a team while maintaining high standards of service.
