As an F&B Supervisor, you will play a key role in coordinating the activities of service employees engaged in various food operations including fast casual dining, coffee and counter service, cafeterias, events, banquets, casual dining, and cafes. You will support management by providing day-to-day supervision to ensure smooth operations and an outstanding guest experience within the lounge. This entails facilitating employee orientations and trainings, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and addressing any customer concerns promptly and effectively.
The position requires adaptability and the ability to foster a positive, safe working environment, nurturing teamwork and collaboration among team members. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of related work experience, preferably with some supervisory experience, demonstrating their ability to manage and motivate a team while maintaining high standards of service.
