The role of Airport Lounge F&B Supervisor at Sodexo is a pivotal position that combines leadership, operational oversight, and customer service excellence within the airport lounge environment. As an F&B Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing food and beverage operations, coordinating service staff, and ensuring that guests experience seamless, high-quality service. You will supervise and support the team in delivering various food services including fast casual dining, coffee and counter service, cafeterias, events, and casual dining options. Key functions include facilitating employee orientation and training, monitoring quality and safety standards, resolving customer issues promptly, and maintaining regular attendance and punctuality. You will act as a key point of contact between management and employees, playing a crucial role in building a motivated, well-trained team that consistently meets or exceeds client expectations.
