The Airport Lounge Food and Beverage (F&B) Supervisor position at Sodexo is a full-time role based at the Alaska Airlines Lounge at Honolulu International Airport (HNL). This role offers a consistent pay rate of $22 per hour and requires a flexible approach to shifts and work hours, with open availability preferred to meet the dynamic demands of the airport lounge environment. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings and possess strong multitasking and leadership skills.

As an F&B Supervisor, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience by overseeing daily operations within the lounge’s food service area. Your responsibilities include providing leadership and support to service employees engaged in a variety of food operations such as fast casual dining, coffee and counter service, cafeterias, events and banquets, casual dining, and cafes. You will ensure that service standards, quality, and safety are consistently met. Additionally, you will assist management in coordinating daily activities, maintaining a safe working environment, and facilitating employee training and orientation.

This supervisory role demands a hands-on approach and a commitment to fostering a team-oriented and adaptability-focused culture. Job Duties

  • Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
  • Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees

  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
