The Airport Lounge Food & Beverage Supervisor position at Sodexo represents a pivotal role within the United Club at Orange County's John Wayne Airport (SNA). This part-time role offers a competitive pay rate of $24 per hour and requires open availability to work any shift, providing flexibility for candidates. As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be a key facilitator in daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery in a dynamic airport lounge environment. Your role will involve coordinating routine work activities among service staff, which includes various food operations such as fast casual, coffee and counter service, cafeterias, banquets, casual dining, and cafe settings.

You will support management by overseeing key functions and staff performance, maintaining health and safety standards throughout the facility, and playing an instrumental role in employee orientation and ongoing training.
