Job Requirements

- Minimum one year of experience in food and beverage or hospitality
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours and rotating shifts

Job Duties
- Provide support to management in daily oversight of key functions and employees
- Assist in ensuring a safe working environment for all employees
- Facilitate orientation and training of employees
- Work with customers to ensure satisfaction regarding quality, service, and problem resolution
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned according to business needs and client requirements
- Maintain high standards of food service and operational excellence
