This role is centered around providing exceptional oversight and coordination in food and beverage operations within an airport lounge environment, ensuring that both the service employees and customers experience high standards of quality and safety.

As an Airport Lounge Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be the frontline leader supporting management in daily operations, supervising service employees engaged in various food service settings such as fast casual, coffee counters, cafeterias, events, banquets, and casual dining. Your responsibilities will include coordinating routine work activities, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, facilitating employee training and orientation, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive service and problem resolution.

This role demands someone who excels in multitasking, leadership, and customer service. Being the point person to support and guide the team on site, you will help uphold Sodexo's commitment to quality and safety.
