Job Requirements
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- No related work experience required
- Ability to walk or stand for extended periods during shifts that may exceed eight hours
- Ability to lift frequently up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible shifts with open availability
- Punctuality and consistent attendance
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures, including basic concepts of food safety
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Good physical stamina to handle prolonged periods of standing and manual labor
- Strong attention to detail for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
Job Duties
- Washes dishes by hand or places them in a dishwashing machine
- Clean and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks
- Sweeps, mops, cleans and vacuums floors
- Removes trash and garbage to designated areas
- Cleans equipment using specific chemicals to ensure sanitary standards
- Re-stock supplies, such as soap, paper towels, and cleaning materials
- Assists with basic set-up and break-down tasks as directed
