Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0 to 2 years related work experience
- Knowledge of basic equipment operation and food-handling procedures preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Good knowledge of food preparation
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment
- Ability to read and follow recipes independently
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of basic kitchen equipment operation
- Familiarity with food-handling procedures
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Good working knowledge of food preparation
- Ability to read and follow a recipe unsupervised
Job Duties
- Prepare food in accordance with federal, state and corporate standards
- Follow recipes for preparing, seasoning, cooking, tasting and serving food
- Taste products and read menus to estimate food requirements and check production
- Keep records to plan production and requisition supplies and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Walk or stand for extended periods throughout shifts
- Lift up to 35 pounds frequently and occasionally move 50 pounds
- Perform repetitive motions
- Attend work punctually and regularly
- Other duties as assigned based on client needs
