The role of Airport Lounge Cook at SodexoMagic within the American Express Lounge at Atlanta (ATL) offers a full-time position with a competitive pay rate of $20 per hour. This position requires flexible availability to work any shifts, and detailed scheduling will be discussed during the interview phase. As an Airport Lounge Cook, you will play an integral part in providing guests with nutritious, well-prepared meals while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. The role is not only about culinary preparation but also about contributing positively to the guest experience through warm interactions and a professional demeanor. You will be tasked with preparing a variety of hot and cold dishes for different meal periods, which may include breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special catered events. Following recipes accurately and managing portions responsibly to minimize food waste are critical elements of the job. Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
  • read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
  • prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
  • attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
