At the Airport Dimensions-Sapphire Lounge by The Club, Sodexo is currently offering a full-time position for an Airport Lounge Bartender. This role offers a competitive pay rate of $20 per hour and requires open availability for any shift, with detailed scheduling to be discussed during the interview process. The Airport Lounge Bartender's role is pivotal in providing outstanding customer service by expertly mixing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests either directly or through waitstaff. The position requires collaboration with servers and other staff to ensure prompt service and maintain high standards within the lounge setting.

The bartender will be responsible for greeting customers, mixing drinks according to established recipes with proper garnishes, and maintaining an area that is fully stocked with the necessary bar tools and products. This role demands high attention to detail when preparing opening counts and replenishing inventory through purchase orders as necessary, ensuring operational efficiency and minimizing waste. The position emphasizes a friendly, diplomatic approach in customer interactions to ensure a positive and memorable guest experience.

Physical demands include considerable walking and standing throughout the shift, which may exceed 8 hours, as well as the ability to reach, bend, lift up to 35 pounds regularly, and occasionally handle loads up to 50 pounds.
